How to use a singular verb with a singular noun and a plural verb with a plural noun.
For example:
Singular verb with a singular noun:
(Attempt a BUBBLE WORKSHEET at the end of this exercise)
1. Ali plays cricket daily. ( 'Ali' is a singular noun and plays is a singular verb)
2. Children play cricket daily. ('children' is a plural noun and the verb is plural)
3. They sing many songs. ('they' is a plural noun & 'sing' is a plural verb)
4. He sings no songs. ('he' is a singular & 'sings' is a plural verb)
